Multistreamer login screen

Access to the Multistreamer front-end (https://app.multistreamer.jwp.services) requires a login separate from your JWP dashboard credentials.

Please reach out to your JWP Connatix representative if you do not know your login.

Your organisation can have multiple users who can manage your streams. If you would like an additional user to be added to your account, please reach out to your JWP Connatix representative.

Changing your password​

If you have forgotten your password or you would like to change it, you can reset your password using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.

Timezones​

Timezones can be set per-user. To change the timezone for a user, please reach out to your JWP Connatix representative.
